The $575,000 contract Seong-Min Kim signed with the Orioles in January wound up being the worst thing that ever happened to the 17-year-old South Korean pitcher. Strange as the whole affair was, though, the way it fit into a series of misadventures in South Korea by new Orioles boss Dan Duquette was stranger still.

A minor league soccer team in Baltimore has partnered with a minor league macro-brew out of Baltimore. In so doing, they've produced some pretty sweet new uniforms, and a nice reminder of the minor league sports' awesomely all-American hustle.

Once a month, Ring of Honor rolls up on the Burns Arena and tapes all of that month’s TV shows in one night—four kinda-grueling hours of wrestling, with extended breaks for the TV crew to keep everything rolling. When you show up to these tapings, you’re essentially watching the future. Wrestlers will storm to the ring to rant about what such-and-such did to them last week, when it really just happened 20 minutes before. It’s weird.
